Jeffrey S. Stillman, Esq. - President and Founder of The Advocates Group, is a graduate of the University of Chicago Law School and Wharton Business School. He served as a business attorney with the San Francisco law firms of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe and Steefel, Levitt & Weiss. Mr. Stillman specializes in counseling law firms and in-house legal groups on management and personnel issues, practice group augmentation, law firm mergers, acquisitions and formations, and full-time attorney placements.

David Popky - Vice President and Co-founder of The Advocates Group, is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining The Advocates Group, he served as vice president of operations and sales for an international trading company operating in San Francisco and Hong Kong. Mr. Popky focuses on placement of partner and associate level attorneys, law firm mergers and acquisitions, and general counsel searches.

Lin M. Stillman, Esq. - General Counsel and Search Consultant of The Advocates Group has practiced law for almost two decades, serving as a litigator at several top blue-chip law firms, as an in-house transactional counsel with a global telecommunications company, and as a solo practitioner representing clients in media, entertainment and other complex commercial transactions. She earned her law and undergraduate degrees from the University of Virginia. Ms. Stillman specializes in partner and other senior level attorney placement, group placement and law firm mergers and acquisitions.

Helene D. Colaizzi - Search Consultant of The Advocates Group earned her undergraduate degree in Neuroscience from the the University of Pittsburgh and her doctorate from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine. Prior to joining The Advocates Group, she handled business development for a managing consulting company and held various positions at a global pharmaceutical company. Dr. Colaizzi primarily focuses on the placement of associate level attorneys.

Montana Duncan - Search Consultant of The Advocates Group, earned her undergraduate degree in political science from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN. Prior to joining the Advocates Group she handled complex high level contract management for retail leader, The Gap, conducted business development for consulting giant, KPMG and worked as a paralegal for a small law firm. Ms. Duncan concentrates primarily on placing top-credentialed associate and counsel level attorneys, working in markets throughout the United States.
